Congratulations to our 2026 Diverse Teacher Pipeline Grant Awardees!
This year, we’re awarding eight organizations across the country that are making a difference in helping support diverse teacher pipelines throughout their communities with various award amounts totaling nearly $600,000.

This year’s recipients are:
- Dudley Flood Center for Educational Equity & Opportunity (North Carolina)
- Black Educator Advocates Network (California)
- Brothers Liberating Our Communities (BLOC) (Missouri)
- City Teaching Alliance (National)
- Friendship Public Charter School (Washington D.C.)
- Nashville Teacher Residency (Tennessee)
- Pennsylvania Educator Diversity Consortium (PEDC) (Pennsylvania)
- Healing Schools Project (New Jersey)
This year’s grantees were selected for their bold approaches in their recruitment, development and retention efforts of teachers of color, including supporting paraprofessionals and instructional Assistants with completing teacher preparation programs, launching fellowships to foster collective action, strengthening mentorship and affinity-based supports, providing healing-centered, retention-focused programming, and much more!
Through this grant, these organizations will be able to implement programs and frameworks to support a more diverse teaching workforce that reflects our increasingly diverse student population.
Congratulations again to this year’s grantees!
