1MTOC Federal Briefing
On July 13th, 2023, the One Million Teachers of Color (1MTOC) Campaign hosted its first federal briefing on Capitol Hill and released a policy brief outlining congressional actions that should be taken to advance educator diversity across the country. The campaign was joined by honorary co-host of this briefing, Representative Alma Adams (NC-12) along with Representative Frederica Wilson (FL-24).
